  • For orders under $60 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

    You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.

5. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are imposed by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. DMOON Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Address

We are not responsible for packages lost or delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Delivered damaged
